We are currently seeking a Service and Sales Assistant to join our team.
You will be part of a global team of Yugoers, supporting consistent service delivery to our students.

Support the full sales cycle, including customer engagement and closing salesUse your upbeat, outgoing personality to enhance the student experienceManage communication with students and oversee administrative tasksEnsure smooth operation of our space throughout the student lifecycle, including arrival, departure, and seasonal turnaroundsHandle complaints effectively and provide excellent student serviceThis list is not exhaustive, but rest assured, you'll be engaged and never bored
Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for engaging effectively with people at all levels.
QualificationsWe are looking for someone who:
Is proactive with strong problem-solving skills and initiativeIs highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasksHas intermediate skills in MS Office and online systems/databasesDemonstrates resilience, adaptability, and cultural awarenessIs qualified or willing to undertake training for Carbon LiteracyBenefits include:
