Job Description Ofrecerá el mejor servicio de su clase a nuestros clientes cumpliendo los plazos para las tareas relacionadas con el servicio. Reportará al Gerente del Call Center.
Responsabilidades: Gestionar el libro de servicios, el tráfico de llamadas de servicio y planificar los servicios que ofrecemos.Colaborar con fábricas y proveedores garantizando la excelencia en el servicio al cliente.Apoyar al departamento de Finanzas para garantizar que se respeten las condiciones de pago/crédito.Cumplir con las regulaciones, políticas y controles financieros.Adoptar un marco de cultura de desempeño y cumpla con los procesos para lograr niveles de servicio y mejoras en los objetivos establecidos.Garantizar la precisión y calidad de todos los procesos.Respaldar cualquier escalada con una resolución de una sola llamada.Trabajar con todos los demás departamentos dentro de Home Solutions para proporcionar un enfoque colaborativo para cumplir con los requisitos (por ejemplo, Finanzas, Recursos Humanos, TI, Técnico, SHEQ, Procesos).Mantener las relaciones con todos nuestros clientes y escalar las inquietudes.
