Unser Corporate Accounting Team im Bereich Corporate Finance stellt einen Global SAP Key User (m/w/d) ein: Ihre Aufgaben: Sie übernehmen die Führung in der Key-User-Community Finance und sind die wichtigste Schnittstelle zu SAP gPO Finance und anderen Stakeholdern.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört es, die Systemanforderungen auf der Grundlage der Finanzbedürfnisse in einem sich schnell entwickelnden regulatorischen Umfeld zu definieren und die Implementierung zusammen mit Key-Usern, der IT-Abteilung und externen Dienstleistern voranzutreiben.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört es, den Key-Usern im Finanzbereich weltweit Second-Level-Support zu bieten, wobei Sie sich auf die Analyse und effektive Lösung von Problemen konzentrieren.
Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, verbesserungswürdige Bereiche im Finanzbereich zu identifizieren und zu beheben.
Sie werden mit der Entwicklung von Schulungsmaterialien und der Durchführung umfassender Endbenutzerschulungen betraut.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört es, effiziente Test-Setups für Finanzsysteme zu organisieren und den Testprozess zu überwachen.
- Sie übernehmen die Führung in der Finance Key User Community und dienen als primäre Schnittstelle zu SAP gPO Finance und anderen Stakeholdern.
Ihre Aufgabe besteht darin, die Systemanforderungen auf der Grundlage der Finanzbedürfnisse in einem sich schnell entwickelnden regulatorischen Umfeld zu definieren und die Implementierung zusammen mit Key-Usern, der IT-Abteilung und externen Dienstleistern voranzutreiben.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört es, den Key-Usern im Finanzbereich weltweit Second-Level-Support zu bieten, wobei Sie sich auf die Analyse und effektive Lösung von Problemen konzentrieren.
Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, verbesserungswürdige Bereiche im Finanzbereich zu identifizieren und zu beheben.
Sie werden mit der Entwicklung von Schulungsmaterialien und der Durchführung umfassender Endbenutzerschulungen betraut.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Organisation effizienter Test-Setups für Finanzsysteme und die Überwachung des Testprozesses.
Ihr Profil: Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen, Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten kaufmännischen Bereich.
Für diese Rolle ist es wichtig, dass Sie bereits praktische Erfahrungen in einer Position im Accounting gesammelt haben.
Sie haben in SAP S/4 Hana gearbeitet und kennen die Verbesserungspotenziale.
Als empathischer Key User wissen Sie, wie Sie das Arbeitsleben Ihrer Kollegen im Rahmen von SAP-Verbesserungen verbessern können.
Um diese Rolle auszufüllen, erwarten wir nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Definition von Prozessen.
Fließende Englischkenntnisse und die Flexibilität für gelegentliche internationale Geschäftsreisen sind zwingend erforderlich.
