Buscamos una persona con experiencia en...Más de 5 años gestionando productos de software y al menos 2 años liderando y desarrollando equipos de producto en entornos ágiles.Has estado al frente del área de producto en startups o empresas pequeñas/medianas durante sus primeras etapas de crecimiento.Cuentas con experiencia en entornos orientados al análisis de datos, preferiblemente combinando investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa, para tomar decisiones incluso en condiciones de incertidumbre.Prioridad en maximizar el valor entregado (resultados) por encima de centrarse únicamente en características específicas (producción).Mentalidad emprendedora con una actitud resolutiva y proactiva, siempre dispuesta a actuar con rapidez y determinación.Gran capacidad de empatizar, acompañada de excelentes habilidades comunicativas y relacionales.
