Your Functions: Design Delivery: - Work in partnership with product managers and engineering teams to deliver front-end user experiences.
- Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant for our supported platforms.
- Define, craft and evolve designs within visual systems and/or standards.
Maintenance of Design System: - Regularly update and refine design system components, patterns, and guidelines.
- Ensure all design elements are consistent, accessible, and align with current brand standards.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and address inconsistencies or areas for improvement.
Evolution and Enhancement: - Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate innovative solutions into the design system.
- Propose and implement new components and patterns to address emerging needs and use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on the design system.
Collaboration and Mentorship: - Work closely with junior designers to ensure adherence to design operations and guidelines.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior designers to foster their professional growth.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to keep the team updated on the design system and best practices.
Documentation and Communication: - Maintain comprehensive documentation for all components, patterns, and guidelines within the design system.
- Communicate updates and changes effectively to all stakeholders.
- Create and manage a repository of design assets and resources for easy access and reference.
Deliverables: - Regular updates and enhancements to the design system.
- Documentation of all design components and guidelines.
- Reports on the state of the design system, including identified issues and proposed solutions.
- Training materials and resources for junior designers.
Position Requisites: Formación: Grado en Diseño Idiomas: Inglés: C2 Conocimientos: Design systems Experiencia: 3 años 5 years of experience in a similar position.
We're looking for expert-level/high proficiency in: - Design systems - Figma libraries - User interface design - Interaction design - Visual design - Design specifications - Responsive design - Web-based app design - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior designers.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
English advanced or proficiency.
