Responsabilities Support to the Production Studio Department in the Digital Artwork areaContribution of ideas to the team.Assistance in the development of graphic and web concepts.Receiving briefs from the accounts team and assisting in the construction of the production brief.Searching, under supervision, for suppliers tailored to the project's needs.Managing, under supervision, the project's requirements (reviewing budgets, timelines, and involved profiles).Learning to audit the work done based on the demands and adjustments provided by the accounts and creative team.Requirements Knowledge and good manage of Photoshop and Premiere.Creative and Audiovisual Sensitivity (knowledge of visual architecture, design, etc.).Budgeting knowledge.How to create a brief.Global management of a production.Internal workflow in the agency with different teams (creative, accounts, social, etc.).Contacting suppliers.Understanding the business of production companies.Strong eye for detail, perfectionist attitude.Understand how to prioritise workflow, with an ability to work under pressure towards multiple deadlines.Highly organized & able to multi-task.Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and confidentlyProblem solving mentality.High level of English essential.Conditions Dynamic and creative work environmentInternational company with great growth potentialOn-site practices with possibility of telecommutingAccess to training25 hours per week (5 hours daily between 9:00 and 18:00)Study aid 300€/monthDiversity & Inclusion Hogarth is an equal-opportunity employer. That means we believe in creating a truly inclusive culture that values diversity, equity and inclusion for everyone through our ideas, our people, how we behave and how we conduct ourselves.  We strive to recruit people from diverse backgrounds and support them to achieve long-term success.
