Restaurant Manager - Madrid - Salary TBCAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our esteemed restaurant in Madrid.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for the hospitality industry, capable of driving both excellent service standards and financial performance.Key Responsibilities:* Manage all restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve exceptional service standards.
* Oversee financial performance, including managing budgets, P&L, and cost control.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation.Ideal Candidate:* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in managing financials, including budgets and P&L.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and a memorable dining experience.
