Essential Responsibilities: Guide a sales team to hit targets and deliver exceptional customer service; Provide data-driven insights on team performance; Identify, train, anddevelop talent within the team; Lead coaching sessions to improve individual and team results; Communicate clearly with all levels of management; Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to policies.Requirements: 1+ years of managerial experience; 3+ years of overall work experience, with 1+ year in outbound sales or telemarketing; Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading high-performing teams; Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills; Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics; Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.Our client offers: ?
