**Job Purpose**

As an Inside Sales with native-level proficiency in French you will drive sales growth by actively engaging with potential clients and other industry professionals. Your primary responsibility will to promote and develop relationships that lead to product specifications and sales. You will generate qualified leads for the sales team and provide valuable support by delivering detailed specifications.

This position requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and target potential customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with clients
- Creation of leads (warm leads to be handover to Sales).
- Sending brochures/price books to leads/customers.
- Keep high levels of Data Quality in MyXRM.
- Pipeline management (filling MyXRM).
- Events lead management.

**Support**
- Creation of IPI Specifications.
- Creation of Opportunities in My-XRM.
- Creation of New customer account in MyXRM.
- Opportunity management.

**Experience and education**
- Higher education, either higher degree, university or vocational training.
- More than 5 years of previous experience in the Customer Service department.
