.Cuál es el retoEn Multiplica nos encanta seleccionar a los mejores profesionales digitales y construir espacios únicos para personas excepcionales de todo el mundo para imaginar, proponer y diseñar soluciones que ayuden a empresas en crear relaciones verdaderamente relevantes con sus clientes.Actualmente estamos buscando un nuevo miembro del equipo que desempeñe las tareas de un UX designer, con unos 5-6 años de experiencia, para Madrid o Barcelona.Buscamos a una persona apasionada por el diseño y el entendimiento de las personas que le permitan desarrollar soluciones tomando en cuenta las necesidades de los clientes y siguiendo patrones de UX y usabilidad de forma adecuada. Trabajará de la mano con las áreas de Negocio y Desarrollo para la construcción de estas soluciones a través del diseño de la arquitectura de información, wireframes y diseño del flujo de los productos digitales.Qué tareas vas a desarrollar:Diseñar la arquitectura de información, estructura de la interfaz, flujos y prototipos interactivos de productos digitales.Conceptualización y definición de producto.Desarrollo de wireframes y maquetas/prototipos.Definición de documentos funcionales a nivel de wireframes.Participar en sesiones de entendimiento y evaluación con usuarios, para validar con usuarios en etapas tempranas las soluciones propuestas.Trabajar en conjunto con los diseñadores de UI para definir los lineamientos de la experiencia e interacción.Presentar y argumentar las decisiones de diseño de experiencia a los stakeholders.Impulsar la visión de UX en alineación con las hojas de ruta del proyecto.RequirementsQué esperamos de tiAl menos 5-6 años de experiencia como diseñador UX, cubriendo todo el ciclo de vida del diseño de productos digitales de principio a fin, desde la exploración y definición del problema, pasando por la UX detallada y el soporte y validación del diseño visual, hasta la colaboración con los desarrolladores durante la implementación.Experiencia en el uso de datos analíticos para informar decisiones.Experiencia realizando el diseño de interfaces digitales web responsive y app.Dominio a nivel intermedio-avanzado de herramientas de prototipado rápido (Figma, Sketch, InVision, protopie).Experiencia levantando necesidades de usuario y validando hipótesis de diseño.Experiencia con las técnicas básicas de UX research (entrevistas en remoto y/o presenciales, desk research, encuestas, benchmarking, usability testing, journeys, etc)Experiencia en la arquitectura y estructura de la interfaz.Sólido conocimiento de herramientas colaborativas remotas.Aunque el foco esté en todo lo anterior, se valorará positivamente conocimientos de Diseño visual UI y creación, modificación y uso de Design Systems.Soft SkillsFlexibilidad y capacidad de trabajo orientado a objetivos.Capacidad de comunicar y argumentar con claridad tus ideas o puntos de vista.Capacidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios.Ganas de seguir aprendiendo cada día y compartir lo aprendido
