Job Purpose Manage and develop initiatives that improve the revenue management ecosystem according to the Vueling policy with the objective of ensuring revenue maximization.
Main Accountabilities Ensure robust and efficient operation of systems Have technological developments aligned with the needs of users.
Provide the data required for decision making Empower the employee to fulfill the mission of the job.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks Coordinate internal projects in the Revenue area, especially with inventory and pricing Coordinate with external providers to implement new system functionalities Work closely with IT and Data teams so that they correctly implement new developments and functionalities Create reporting to help inventory gain information from THE systems databases Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job Main Relationships IT and Data, External providers, Network and Ancillaries.
Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Experience Proficiency in data analysis and programming languages such as SQL, Python and BI tools Knowledge of Navitaire and Accelya systems (preferred) Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in revenue management or commercial Competencies Comfortable with IT systems and technologies Must have a proven track record of effective stakeholder management and project management skills Ability to use data query (SQL) tools and to construct advanced analytics using Python· Experience with end users BI Tools is preferable: Alteryx, Tableau, Business objects, MicroStrategy or other equivalent tools.
Strong analytic capabilities, capability to build and use data to guide decision making Excellent communication skills, ability to inspire and guide transversal teams to work towards a common goal Languages English C1 Spanish C1 Location Barcelona, Viladecans Level Individual Contributor 5 Vueling is the first Top Employer airline in Europe Vueling is the first European airline and the first low-cost airline in the world to obtain this certification, based on Vueling's results in the Top Employers Institute's HR Best Practices Survey, and covers six areas of human resources across 20 different topics.
