Job Purpose Manage and develop initiatives that improve the revenue management ecosystem according to the Vueling policy with the objective of ensuring revenue maximization.
Main Accountabilities Ensure robust and efficient operation of systemsHave technological developments aligned with the needs of users.Provide the data required for decision makingEmpower the employee to fulfill the mission of the job.Main Responsibilities - Tasks Coordinate internal projects in the Revenue area, especially with inventory and pricingCoordinate with external providers to implement new system functionalitiesWork closely with IT and Data teams so that they correctly implement new developments and functionalitiesCreate reporting to help inventory gain information from the systems databasesPerform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the jobMain Relationships IT and Data, External providers, Network and Ancillaries.Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldExperience Proficiency in data analysis and programming languages such as SQL, Python and BI toolsKnowledge of Navitaire and Accelya systems (preferred)Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in revenue management or commercialCompetencies Comfortable with IT systems and technologiesMust have a proven track record of effective stakeholder management and project management skillsAbility to use data query (SQL) tools and to construct advanced analytics using Python; experience with end users BI Tools is preferable: Alteryx, Tableau, Business objects, MicroStrategy or other equivalent tools.Strong analytic capabilities, capability to build and use data to guide decision makingExcellent communication skills, ability to inspire and guide transversal teams to work towards a common goalLanguages English C1Spanish C1Location Barcelona, Viladecans
