Su investigación y trabajo se traducen en películas, instalaciones, experiencias digitales, actuaciones o exposiciones en una amplia variedad de contextos como escuelas, prisiones, cines, museos, las calles de muchas ciudades e incluso la sede de las Naciones Unidas. Con base en Barcelona, han trabajado en más de 45 países de todos los continentes y para instituciones culturales como el Tate Modern, el Hong Kong Design Institute o la California Academy of Sciences.¿Cómo será tu equipo?Como Finance Controller trabajarás en el equipo de Admin, junto con Ivett Yunga (actual Head of Admin), reportando a Dirección. Además, deberás trabajar junto a los diferentes Managers para que todo funcione adecuadamente.¿Cuál será tu misión?Tu misión será garantizar un control financiero efectivo y eficiente Además, serás la/el enlace clave con lxs Managers, brindándoles soporte en la gestión contable de sus proyectos y contribuyendo a una visión clara y precisa del cashflow y el rendimiento financiero de la empresa.Control sobre facturación y cobros, así como de facturas de proveedores y pagos.Administrar la liquidez del estudio, incluyendo la gestión de cuentas bancarias y la planificación de la tesorería (esperamos que aportes control y visibilidad sobre el cashflow).Análisis de las finanzas del estudio para apoyar la toma de decisiones. Realizar pronósticos financieros y análisis de variaciones para anticipar tendencias y hacer ajustes necesarios.Control sobre la P&L; (reporting, análisis del margen, etc.).Office management - compra de suministros, gestión local.Dar soporte en los viajes internacionales en compra de viajes/billetes, hoteles, etc.¿Qué están buscando?Buscamos a alguien con muchas ganas de crecer, que sepa comunicarse y construir relaciones desde la confianza y la honestidad. También necesitaremos que cuentes con:Titulación en Finanzas, Economía o Administración y Dirección de Empresas.Entre, mínimo, 2 o 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.Seas buenx comunicando y organización sea tu segundo nombre.Que cuentes con Inglés medio en adelante (B2).Nivel avanzado de Excel.¿Qué ofrecen?- Horario de L-J de 8h a 9h y de 17h a 18h. Viernes intensivos de 8h a 15h.- Horario de verano en Julio y Agosto (8h a 15h).- Trabajar para proyectos únicos que fomentan un impacto positivo.
