Buscamos un/a Growth & CRO Manager ¿CÓMO SERIA TU DÍA A DÍA EN MANGO? ¿CÓMO ES UN/A GROWTH & CRO ANALYTICS MANAGER EN MANGO? Eres una persona con experiencia en proyectos de transformación digital acostumbrada a liderar equipos multidisciplinares con objetivos comunes.
Entre tus principales responsabilidades, destacarán: Estandarizar la estrategia de mejora de conversión en nuestro ecommerce junto con los principales stakeholders de producto digital, UX y adquisición de tráfico. Consolidar la visión del journey completo de usuario, desde la navegación, interacción con producto y avance en el funnel. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las métricas objetivo, proponiendo nuevas iniciativas que potencien o reviertan las tendencias. Priorizar el backlog de iniciativas y tests de forma objetiva, apalancándote en principales insights sobre el negocio digital para seguir impulsando su crecimiento. Movilizar los distintos stakeholders y coordinar el equipo de CRO bajo las distintas áreas / misiones de nuestro ecommerce (navegación, producto y compra). ¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI? Persona proactiva orientada a resultados, que te guste trabajar en equipo y asumir nuevos retos. Capacidad para liderar equipos y foros multidisciplinares. Pasión por los datos y el negocio digital. +8 años de experiencia en roles de CRO y analítica digital manejando volúmenes de datos importantes. Grado en ADE, Económicas, Matemáticas, Estadística, Máster en Analítica Web o similar. Dominio de Excel, Google Analytics 4, GTM, BQ / SQL, Optimizely, Hotjar, y gran capacidad analítica. ¿QUÉ NOS HACE ESPECIALES? Horario Flexible (entrada de 8h a 9h30 y salida de 17h a 18h30), jornada intensiva los viernes (de 8h a 9h hasta las 14h / 15h) y mayoría de vigilias de festivos. Posibilidad de Teletrabajo.
