The role partners the sales and supporting functions across Valencia and Malaga (approx. 130 employees).THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION IN VALENCIA.Who you are Key accountabilities and decision ownershipActs as the local _VOIS SPOC for all HR activities in Valencia, also supporting the HR team in VOIS Spain.Supports local teams working closely with Employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, recruitment.Supports business managers in defining, developing and executing local people plans that support the achievement of the business strategy.Ensures that People plans are integrated with wider HR strategy, policies & priorities.Identifies people or process trends, suggests improvements and ensures that the business function adheres to the delivery of the agreed HR agenda.Accountable for the delivery of the annual people calendar and Employee Experience activities.Inputs to and implements the business area's Talent & Capability strategy.Drives pipeline of diverse future leaders and accelerates high potential development while driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda.Continually challenges the business, supporting transformation projects that improve organization, team and individual effectiveness including organizational effectiveness & design, organization capability & talent management.Supports local internal negotiations at a senior level, and ensures business managers are informed and educated on HR Policies and processes.Provides feedback and coaching to the business area's management team to improve leadership capability, and ensure all leaders & people managers are equipped to drive employee engagement.Champions the _VOIS culture, and advocates & supports the use of the HR operating model, acting as role model and facilitator to ensure business areas adhere to, and HR deliver to agreed service levels
