Asimismo, buscamos actuar como agentes de cambio para promover la igualdad de oportunidades en nuestro entorno, fomentando el respeto y apostando por la diversidad en todas sus formas.Seas como seas y sientas como sientas, en Claire Joster tendrás un sitio para brillar.Nuestro cliente, empresa del sector logístico y transporte marítimo de carácter multinacional, necesita incorporar dentro de su Dpt de RRHH la figura de HR Integration Manager post M&A, vacante de nueva creación para ellos.El objetivo es poder analizar, tras los procesos de M&A, el estado de sus procesos de HR para toda la parte hard (estructuras salariales, convenios colectivos, C&B, payroll, condiciones especiales, ..) y a partir de toda esta información, definir, coordinar e implementar los proyectos y procesos de integración en cada una de las empresas adquiridas.La empresa se encuentra en un momento de expansión y crecimiento a través de proyectos de M&A y buscan un/a profesional que les ayude a desarrollar, implementar, hacer seguimiento y coordinar los diferentes proyectos de integración post M&A de los sistemas y procesos del area de HR a nivel internacional como Project ManagerRequisitos:experiencia de al menos 5 años en la gestión de proyectos de HR post M&A bien en Consultoria o en empresas que hayan o estén viviendo procesos de M&Anivel de inglés muy alto (uso profesional)disponibilidad para viajarubicación del puesto en Barcelona#J-18808-Ljbffr
