Senior Clinical Research AssociateIQVIA Spain is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join as a sponsor-dedicated CRA. As part of a leading global contract research organization, you will work directly with one of our customers, benefiting from world-class training and mentoring in various therapeutic areas.Your responsibilities will include :Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visitsSupporting the development of a subject recruitment planEvaluating site practices for quality and integrity in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelinesManaging progress by monitoring regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolutionCollaborating with study site experts and client representativesQualifications :University degree in a scientific discipline or healthcareMinimum of 2 years of on-site monitoring experienceGood knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirementsProficiency in MS OfficeFluency in Spanish and EnglishStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, managers, and clientsWillingness to travelDriver's license class BWhat you can expect :Resources for career growthSupport for flexible work schedulesPrograms to enhance therapeutic knowledgeWork-Life balance and an excellent working environmentCompany car, mobile phone, and benefits package#J-18808-Ljbffr
