About the Role:
The Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II) plays a vital role in the start-up process of clinical trials. As a key member of our site activation team, you will be responsible for managing and driving the strategy for Pre SIV/start up tasks of the study. You will work closely with investigators and site staff to ensure high-quality study execution.
Main Responsibilities:
Start-Up (from site identification through pre-initiation): Identify potential sites, build relationships with investigators, and coordinate site visits.Quality and Delivery: Ensure quality and timely delivery of start-up activities, including regulatory documentation and informed consent forms.Regulatory Documentation: Customize, review, and negotiate country-specific and site-specific documents, including translations.IRB/IEC and MoH/RA Submissions: Prepare and submit applications, resolve conflicts, and follow up until final approval.Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluent command of Spanish and English languages.Proficiency in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), and MS-Office products.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and meet project timelines.What We Offer:
