OPPO partners with top-tier global enterprises and platforms such as Google, UEFA Champions League, and Discovery. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for managing operators and external service providers in Spain and Portugal, including daily communication, organizing weekly meetings, conducting regular visits, and resolving escalations. Maintain operator relationships to ensure service indicators meet operator requirements. 2. Identify and maintain service provider resources to ensure they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) stipulated in service contracts, thereby upholding service quality in the Spain and Portugal regions. 3. Develop and implement service business training plans for the Spain and Portugal regions, including training for contact centers and service providers, to enhance their professionalism and service standards. 4. Conduct data analysis, maintain and analyze post-sales-related data reports daily/monthly/quarterly, and develop automated solutions for the department. Requirements: 1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, communication, electronic automation, business administration, or other related majors are preferred. 2. Work experience: At least 5 years of pre-sales/post-sales service experience in consumer electronics products, experience in cooperation with carriers preferred. 3. Business skills: Familiar with post-sales service processes, standards, and related laws and regulations for mobile phones and electronic products. 4. Language skills: Fluent in Spanish / Business-level English. 5. Ability and attitude: Outgoing personality, skilled in dealing with external parties. Possesses strong logical thinking, project execution, and planning abilities, capable of effectively coordinating team tasks and resource allocation. 6.
