CLIENT LEAD
CLOVER Creative Health Solutions ofrece soluciones personalizadas e innovadoras, combinando el carácter estratégico de una consultora y la originalidad creativa de una agencia.
Y, para su equipo de Farma&Biotech, busca un CLIENT LEAD (CL) con ganas de asumir los retos actuales y futuros que plantea el sector healthcare, y así crecer juntos dentro de una organización basada en la transparencia, la adaptación al cambio, el servicio al cliente y la experiência digital.
La persona seleccionada desempeñará las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Reportar directamente al Business Partner (BP).
- Gestionar un equipo de Project Managers que son los encargados de la ejecución de las propuestas de valor.
- Desarrollar la experiência del cliente desde la propuesta hasta la ejecución del proyecto.
- Fidelizar a los clientes actuales, así como colaborar con el BP para captar nuevas cuentas de negocio.
- Liderar nuevos e innovadores proyectos, así como capitanear el desarrollo de las propuestas de valor que cubran las necesidades de los clientes y cumplan con los estándares de calidad e innovación de Clover.
- Detectar las necesidades de los clientes con el fin de mantener y aumentar el volumen de negocio en su cartera de clientes.
- Generar valor ante el cliente, creando y manteniendo relación directa con él, fomentando la relación personal para la satisfacción y fidelización del mismo.
- Realizar una eficaz coordinación de los distintos departamentos que garantice la correcta ejecución de los proyectos y aseguren el cumplimiento de los objetivos alcanzados con nuestros clientes.
- Actualizar de forma constante sus conocimientos en el sector Healthcare para identificar nuevas oportunidades y tendencias.
1.Requisitos:
- Conocimientos Sector Healthcare (Formación universitaria preferiblemente publicidad / comunicación)
- Conocimientos de Laboratorios Farmacéuticos y sus áreas de negocio
- Conocimientos de Marketing digital
- Preferiblemente con formación complementaria de postgrado
- Experiência de 5-8 años en empresa de servicios y/o agencia del sector healthcare
- Conocimiento de publicidad en RR.SS y nuevos formatos
