.Nous recherchons un.E T alent Acquisition Specialist pour rejoindre notre équipe à Madrid Description du posteLe/la talent acquisition specialist est intégré.E à l'équipe talent acquisition à Madrid.Vous vous épanouirez dans un environnement international et rapide, en faisant partie d'une équipe très ambitieuse et motivée qui s'occupe de marchés spécifiques.Accompagné.E par votre manager, vous êtes responsable des recrutements des profils commerciaux.Tes missions à accomplir Mission 1 : Gestion du recrutement Analyse des besoins avec les managers ; Sélection des CVs, chasse sur LinkedIn ou plus généralement toute technique de sourcing pertinente ; Gestion des entretiens de pré-qualification ; Gestion des entretiens de mise en situation ; Suivi des candidatsjusqu'au retour négatif ou à leur arrivée et mise à jour de notre ATS ; Suivi administratifdes futurs salariés ; Mission 2: Assurer une excellente expérience candidat sur votre périmètre Gestion du processus d'intégration (onboarding) ; Garantir un processus de recrutement efficace, professionnel et convivial.Mission 3 : Mise en place de la stratégie de sourcing Vous définissez la stratégie de sourcing à chaque ouverture de poste.Vous la mettez régulièrement à jour en fonction des résultats et des priorités.Mission 4 : Gestion de projets Gestion de projets divers : onboarding, marque employeur...Vous êtes force de proposition sur nos différents process.Vous disposez dans l'idéal d'une formation RH ou business généraliste.Votre excellent relationnel et votre capacité d'écoute sont des atouts majeurs.Vous êtes reconnu.E pour votre organisation, votre rigueur et vos capacités d'analyse.Vous êtes orienté résultats : les objectifs ne vous font pas peur et vous faites tout pour les atteindre.Vous avez le sens de l'innovation et aimez travailler sur différents projets.Vous avez une bonne capacité à travailler en équipe.Vous parlez parfaitement français et l'anglais n'est pas un problème pour vous.Termes et conditionsStage de 6 moisRémunération : 1000/1200€ bruts mensuels (selon le niveau d'études)Date de début : janvier 2025Pourquoi Selectra ?Madrid Vous serez séduit par cette ville à l'atmosphère et à la culture de rêve où chacun se sent le bienvenu.Une entreprise avec un esprit start-up : la flexibilité et la réactivité sont au cœur de notre ADN, et chez nous l'ambiance de travail est détendue.Une entreprise véritablement internationale : nous comptons plus de 20 nationalités et faisons en sorte que vous puissiez parler avec tout le monde en offrant des cours de langue gratuits Des événements d'entreprise réguliers : nous travaillons dur mais aimons nous détendre une fois le travail terminé : nous organisons des événements d'équipe mensuels ainsi que 3 afterworks par an.Une équipe dynamique qui sera là pour vous former et vous aider : vous serez responsabilisé.E tout au long de votre stage tout en étant épaulé.E par votre équipe
