El Department Manager trabajará de acuerdo con los requisitos legales, las normas, políticas y procedimientos de H&M, para satisfacer las expectativas de clientes y colegas.Esta posición reporta al Store Manager y tiene los siguientes reportes directos: Asesor comercial.Día a Día:Ventas y gananciasAnalizar y realizar un seguimiento regular a los KPI de ventas y ganancias para el departamento junto con el Visual Merchandiser, asegurándose de tomar acciones para maximizar las ventas.Planificar y priorizar acciones comerciales junto con tu equipo, que tengan un claro impacto en la venta y asegurar la implementación del Manual Comercial.Participar activamente en la ejecución de rutinas y tareas de la tienda, incluidas, entre otras, el camión de reparto, el procesamiento de prendas, las reducciones, los movimientos de departamento y el cambio de precios.Prevenir activamente las pérdidas y asegurarse que el departamento sigue las directrices de seguridad apropiadas.Asegurar que el departamento esté brindando un excelente servicio al cliente en el piso de ventas, en los probadores y en la caja.Asegurar que toda la mercancía se reciba y se muestre correctamente de acuerdo con nuestras pautas comerciales.Planificar y organizar al personal de tu departamento para satisfacer las necesidades comerciales.Personas y EquiposReclutar, capacitar, desarrollar y evaluar a los Vendedores de piso en conjunto con el Gerente de tienda.Evaluar y gestionar el desempeño de los miembros del equipo del Departamento; dar retroalimentación regular, ejecutar diálogos, planes de desarrollo y seguimiento, y tomar acciones para mejorar el desempeño y desarrollar el equipo.Brindar una comunicación clara al equipo de la tienda sobre el resultado comercial, la cultura de la empresa y los enfoques semanales.Capacidad para mantener la responsabilidad general de la tienda en ausencia de un Store Manager.Fortalecer nuestra cultura de empresa promoviendo la retroalimentación en nuestro trabajo diario y entrenando al equipo para que haga lo mismo.Eres un ejemplo para tu equipo y actúas como un modelo a seguir.Al igual que todos en H&M, creemos que eres parte fundamental del equipo comercial.
