As a part of the team, you will be focused on analog design with the ability to collaborate on the product's definition, testability, and end applications robustness. This is a great opportunity where your success is only limited by your creativity.ResponsibilitiesDesign low power precision analog and mixed signal circuits including but not limited to: LDO's, Charge Pumps, Bandgaps, Amplifiers, and/or DAC's, ADC's.Influence architectural decisions to ensure system/sub-system technical performance requirements are achieved.Develop macro models and participate in top level simulation.Actively participate in the entire product development cycle.Determine design-for-test strategies to evaluate system/sub-system/block performance.Provide guidance to layout engineers on critical analog implementation aspects, monitor progress of layouts, and close the loop with post layout extraction and simulation.Work with a team of engineers to evaluate intended product behavior pre tape-out and post tape-out.Participate in hiring and mentoring of junior engineers.Preferred QualificationRequires Master's Degree or Equivalent in Electrical Engineering.10+ years' experience within analog design.Highly motivated individual.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of transistor level design.Experience within BCD process.Experience with mixed signal design.Location: Barcelona, SpainMonolithic Power Systems, Inc.
