We are seeking a highly motivated and delivery-oriented Business Analyst to join our Strategy and Transformation team.

This role will be responsible for contributing to key strategic or transformation projects, conducting in-depth analyses and contributing to delivering actionable recommendations as well as contributing to the dynamics of the internal network of Strategy and Transformation contributors.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Project Management and delivery; contribute to cross-functional teams to execute strategic or transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of initiatives.
- Support Project Managers in steering or delivering their projects, taking responsibility of the delivery of specific work packages.
- Strategic analysis: conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Data analysis; analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance.
- Business modeling: contribute to projects aimed at supporting functions / countries in revisiting operational models (including for ex process redesign, organization redesign, role mandates definition).
- Change management: collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Stakeholder engagement: build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate collaboration and information sharing, contribute to all initiatives in this area.
- Continuous learning: stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
