Project Manager Role As part of the McCann Worldgroup Services Department, the Integrated Project Manager will play a central role in the business and will be pivotal to the smooth running of the content delivery.
The successful candidate will be required to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the content production and be responsible for managing projects from brief to final delivery on time and budget.
He will be client focused and have good communication skills as well as organisation and time management skills, to interact both with clients and internal production departments whilst always focusing on delivery, quality & process.
ACCOUNTABILITIES Client Management ResponsibilitiesImmerse yourself in the client's brand and offering..Set and manage deliverables, timeframes and client expectations.Build strong day to day relationships with everyone: agency colleagues, clients, and media agency - communication is keyEnsure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the processYou will manage training for clients to ensure their adherence to processes and improve workflow.Demonstrate ability to write, prepare and present documents and reports that are tailored to each clients, style, preference, knowledge and experience. Will help you improve on this while we work.Understand the client's needs to better craft briefs for creatives. You will be a key piece in the communication between creatives and clients.Project Management Responsibilities with production skillsetCoordinate between all relevant parties – internal studios (Video, Digital, Print) and external (Clients and other Agencies)Manage your workload effectively and highlight to your Line Manager if support is required to ensure the successful completion of a projectTake responsibility for ongoing project progress and status vs. schedules, timings, delays etc.Manage all client projects from brief through to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality.Manage, monitor and update all timelines (informing production team) and set realistic expectations with clientsKeep line managers updated on status of projects.Check all materials (PDFs, emails, TVCs etc.) and ensure quality control procedures have been followed before sending to clients.Consistently deliver materials against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs. EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE Required: Fluent oral and written English. High level, as we work always using ENG. Additional European language desirableExperience in advertising agency, preferably with creativity or production agency.Any additional experience such as:Experience working in broadcast and digital/print productionExperience in postproduction workflows and processesHighly organised, detail oriented, client focused and proactiveExperience managing international clients in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders.At Craft, we bring assets to life at speed and scale across languages, channels & cultures.
