Principal Accountabilities Understand market dynamics and trends; transform this information into accurate market size models, considering consumer trends, seasonality, and passenger nationality mix. Understand sales cycle planning & product initiatives; gather information on product initiatives, product lifecycle timelines, and promotions to reflect in the latest sales outlook. Translate competitor intelligence insights shared by the Insights & Intelligence team that could impact our sales forecast. Collect & prepare historical data; combine available internal and external historical data to support forecast development and accuracy. Generate baseline forecast for the market; ensure all business drivers are captured and integrated into the monthly forecast. Align with Sales Operations Team and central Demand Planning team to optimize and support the forecast performance review process. Actively contribute to improve sales forecast accuracy and minimize write-off costs for finished goods and materials. Skills and Experience Required Relevant experience in demand and/or supply planning, insight, or commercial analytical role in an international environment. Thriving on analyzing complex information from different data sources. Analytical mindset and passion for numbers, along with excellent communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines under pressure. Ability to embrace change in established operational techniques and practices. Collaborative mindset, keen to play an active role in an international team across multiple time zones. Fluent in English and proficient in Power BI and MS Excel.
