With an end-to-end process view, collect CX and data, translating into UX and IT landscapes.Digital Strategy: As an expert in digital experience, proactively identify new capabilities in our digital platform to engage our customers and increase efficiency of our assisted channels.Commercial Strategy: In collaboration with marketing and customer interactions teams, define commercial campaign strategy to offer our product value proposition to clients in a personalized and customer-centric way.Data Fluency: Comprehend, define, select, and analyze data to gain insights that enhance the decision-making process. Responsible for guaranteeing bank revenue and presenting balanced cost-benefit business cases before and after any implementation.Product / partnership relations: Launch and maintain an attractive and compliant value proposition to the market, providing the highest customer satisfaction. This includes relationship with partners, keeping collaboration fluent and steering and managing our functionalities jointly.Agile Delivery: Translate business needs into requirements for implementation in the IT and change cycle. Prioritize based on value delivery for our customers in short cycles, defining a first MVP and improving with feedback. Strive for efficiency, reduce complexity in definitions, pursuing innovative solutions
