Business Analyst / Project Manager Ubicación : Madrid (Formato Híbrido) Descripción del Puesto : En Zemsania estamos buscando un / a Business Analyst / Project Manager altamente motivado y experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo.
El / la candidata ideal tendrá una sólida capacidad para comunicarse y relacionarse con las partes interesadas de alto nivel, así como una habilidad excepcional para traducir cuestiones complejas en términos sencillos.
Requisitos Mínimos : Atención al detalle Excelentes dotes de comunicación, capacidad para relacionarse con las partes interesadas de alto nivel y comunicar cuestiones complejas de forma sencilla ? Experiencia de trabajo tanto en metodologías ágiles como en cascada Sólidas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés ? Capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo, también debe ser autónomo y tener capacidad de liderazgo Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas Habilidades interpersonales y de desarrollo de relaciones con otros miembros del equipo Capacidad de escucha activa Capacidad para discutir los requisitos en términos empresariales y técnicos (será necesario demostrar conocimientos técnicos) Capacidad para dirigir sesiones sobre requisitos con las partes interesadas, incluida la alta dirección ? Más de 4 años de experiencia en un rol similar Qué harás?
