PURCHASING MANAGER
BARCELONA Desde MCR International buscamos un PURCHASING MANAGER para una importante compañía de la Industria Farmacéutica. Si te gustan los retos, te sientes cómodo/a en ambientes dinámicos y tienes vocación por la industria farmacéutica no dudes en seguir leyendo Responsabilidades: Negociación de las condiciones comerciales con los proveedores en términos de precio, plazo y calidad. Elaboración de contratos de suministro de proveedores. Búsqueda de proveedores alternativos. Crear el Plan de Compras y del propio departamento. Evaluación de costes de los materiales a comprar, mediante análisis comparativos tanto de precios como de características de calidad. Establecer los procedimientos de aprovisionamiento asegurando la provisión de materiales requeridos para la operativa de la planta. Asegurar que la cadena de suministro fluya de manera continua sin interrupciones por falta de suministro. Desarrollar estrategias de abastecimiento que permitan los ajustes a los cambios continuos del mercado. Mantener permanentemente relación y comunicación tanto con el cliente (usuario del objeto de tus compras) como con los proveedores. Gestionar y controlar los inventarios requeridos controlando y optimizando stocks de materiales. Optimizar el transporte: reduciendo el coste, plazos e itinerarios de entrega. Gestionar y planificar las actividades de exportación e importación.Requisitos: Grado o Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Química o similares. Experiencia previa de entre 4 y 5 años en puesto similar en plantas industriales. Experiencia en negociación, además de conocimientos técnicos en políticas de compras, calidad, análisis de precios, inventarios, análisis de proveedores, indicadores de gestión y manejo de contratos. Nivel muy alto de inglés tanto oral como escrito. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y aprendizaje, persona metódica y resolutiva.
