Our client is an outsourcing centre which provides customer service, back office, technical support and sales solutions to multinational companies. The company offers an international, young and dynamic working environment with possibilities of growth. As a Customer Service Agent you would be working within the After Sales team. Your main task would be to handle calls from Danish or Swedish customers, who have already bought some products on the online store and have questions or issues regarding logistics, delivery process, refunds and invoicing.You will take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts), log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customerYou will maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to Users.You will progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system.
