HR PATH GROUP The HR Path Group, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both on the human and tools aspects (HRIS).We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.Advise to Run HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutions ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise) RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing YOUR MISSION As an SuccessFactors Consultant, you will participate in all phases of the implementation of the HRIS solution (Design, Parameterization, Acceptance, Deployment, Support), for our customers and on the following missions: Project implementation of the solution: Participate in the implementation projects (workshops of parameter setting, acceptance, assistance to the starting, training of the administrators and the users) and write reports for the follow-up of the project, in the Employee Central (EC) module and other talent modules of SuccessFactors (Recruitment, PMGM, Onboarding, etc) Participate in the translation of the client's needs into deliverables, writing documentation and presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance tests, training materials) Configure the modules for the implementation of a functional solution adapted to the client's needs, evaluate the impact of the configurations on the processes Elaborate and execute the test plans Elaborate the proyect documetation and manuals Be able to talk to the client an be part of the communication with them YOUR PROFILE At least 3 to 5 years of experience in as SuccessFactors implementation projects Consultant Experience on SuccessFactors Employee Central, it is nice if you have some experience in other modules You have experience leading workshops for gathering requirements and running meetings Advanced level of Excel Desirable knowledge in people analytics You wish to evolve in a stimulating environment in consulting You are confortable being part of a team You are fluent in Spanish and English WHAT WE OFFER A stimulating work environment at the heart of an entrepreneurial and international culture A transversal approach to our activities, which encourages teamwork and excellence Numerous opportunities for advancement (horizontal, vertical and international mobility) Annual salary increases on the anniversary date to reward performance Multiple training opportunities (internal university, certifications) Certified Happy at Work, we offer a good life balance with telecommuting possibilities A friendly work environment (quarterly team activities, annual seminar) See you soon at HR Path
