Seleccionamos un/a Automation Engineer Manager - sector automoción para incorporarse en el equipo de uno de nuestros principales clientes, system partner para la industria del automóvil y de baterías.
La persona seleccionada ejercerá de responsable del proyecto a nivel de control, enfocado al diseño y puesta en marcha de procesos de ensamblaje y automatización para automoción (motores). ¿Qué haré? Estas serán tus funciones principales: Definir junto con el cliente, las áreas relacionadas con Controles/Automatización del proyecto asignado (diseño de hardware y software), incluida la documentación del cliente.Ejecutar exitosamente el proyecto en tiempo y presupuesto, gestionando adecuadamente a los diseñadores y programadores eléctricos y neumáticos asignados al proyecto.Informar del estado del proyecto, incluido el seguimiento y la previsión tanto en tiempos como en costes.Dar soporte técnico de automatización al departamento de Ventas cuando sea necesario.Definir el estándar del proyecto para el diseño y programación del hardware, incluyendo un ejemplo de cada uno, validado por el cliente. En base a esto, preparar las especificaciones técnicas del proyecto.Frente al cliente, ser el punto de contacto de AE ??para temas relacionados con la automatización, durante todas las fases del proyecto.Negociación de desviaciones técnicas y materiales eléctricos no incluidos en la lista de materiales aprobados por el cliente. Brindar soporte técnico de controles/automatización al Project Manager.Trabajar junto con el Líder del Equipo de Controles y el Jefe de Ingeniería en la elaboración del plan de recursos para el proyecto. Identificar componentes de larga duración al inicio del proyecto y organizar su lanzamiento a PSM.Preparar especificaciones para trabajos subcontratados, brindar soporte a PSM durante la fase de oferta y liderar/impulsar al proveedor una vez seleccionado.Controlar la ejecución de diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos y programación del proyecto asignado, asegurando que los hitos se cumplan en tiempo.Control de la ejecución de la programación fuera de línea y garantizar su entrega en tiempo.Coordinar o ejecutar el check-list de funcionamiento (Dry-Run, pull-off spurs, regresión, reparación, mantenimiento, etc., probado y aprobado/aceptado internamente) junto con el programador de PLC asignado de cada máquina.Supervisar la puesta en marcha en sitio. Esto podría incluir asistencia in situ.Controlar la ejecución de la documentación eléctrica y neumática del cliente, junto con el cálculo de PLr y las instrucciones operativas de las máquinas, y garantizar que se entreguen a tiempo.Actualizar el plan de tiempos del proyecto semanalmente (confirmación de plazos, o actualización y justificación)Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, para que las máquinas del proyecto cumplan con la directiva CE.Coordinar y liderar a los miembros del equipo asignados al Proyecto, brindándole asistencia cuando sea necesario.
