We are looking for great talent to join our dynamic team and become part of Repsol Renewables NA success story.Job Summary:Reporting to the Construction Management Team Lead, the Assistant Construction Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of large scale, solar and battery storage projects. Responsibilities also include scheduling projects, material shipments, surveys and compliance of solar projects as assigned by the Construction Manager or Head of Project Management.Responsibilities:Have a sound understanding of engineering concepts, principles, and practices applicable to the design, layout, and supervision of construction operations.Monitor day to day progress to ensure the project is on schedule and within quality and cost estimates and any change management processes are well understood and followed.Align with the integrated project team structure to support project execution, to internally manage and deliver project management and construction activities and reporting.Coordinate, oversee and manage the delivery team, site staff, contractors, and physical resources (internal and external) to achieve targets.Establish, maintain, and control construction budget and cost control and construction progress in accordance with schedule
