The team will work on a multitude of digital projects, with roles remaining fluid adapting to the business needs, skills, and the ever-changing landscape.Job PurposeThe Global CHC Commercial Demand Lead will be responsible for being the bridge between the Commercial Digital team and the Commercial Organization (Global, Region & Markets). He/she will work closely with the regional Digital Leads to ensure market requirements are understood and that Product teams are able to translate these needs (where appropriate) into our core commercial digital solutions. This role will be responsible for understanding the business needs and demands and translating and documenting them through our commercial digital ecosystem (all products, COEs, and Data).The Commercial Demand Lead will be 100% digitally focused and responsible for managing the Demand for the Commercial digital Products/Data including local solutions where appropriate. He/she will work closely with the Regional Commercial Digital Leads to ensure optimization of any country requirement at regional/global levels. He will own the translation and prioritization of business needs to functional requirements for commercial specific products and data. He/she will need to interact with external and internal stakeholders and support teams to deliver Demand Management. He/she is responsible for the end-to-end process of demand management
