Our client is seeking a capable and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to a Senior Vice President in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

This isn't just about managing a calendar—this role ensures the SVP is strategically positioned for success, managing priorities and optimizing executive time.
You'll handle critical coordination, communications, and logistics while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Candidate Profile & Must-Have Attributes

Executive Assistant experience (5+ years) supporting senior leaders in multinational settings.Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and anticipate needs.High-level discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive executive matters.Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and expense management platforms.Proactive mindset—resourceful in problem-solving and always two steps ahead.Ability to work independently while liaising effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations

Calendar & Meeting Management - Coordinate complex schedules with 98% accuracy and optimize executive time.Travel & Logistics - Arrange global travel, ensuring seamless itineraries and reducing disruptions by 25%.Communication & Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring timely responses to high-priority communications.Administrative & Expense Management - Oversee expense reports, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.Project Coordination - Assist in high-level initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Event Planning - Organize executive meetings, leadership town halls, and internal events flawlessly.
