Han creado una App donde las personas pueden compartir viajes, reducir el número de coches en circulación y of course la huella de carbono Con su aplicación, conductores y pasajeros ponen en común sus trayectos diarios, llegando a acuerdos sobre el coste y viajando juntos,. Tienen acuerdos con más de 50 empresas y universidades de España, Portugal, México y Colombia.. Por lo que estudiantes y trabajadores de estas tiene unas condiciones especiales, ya que cuenta como perk ^___^Como Junior Backend Developer en Hoop Carpool, te encargarás en ayudar en el desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades para la app, manteniendo una comunicación continua con tu buddy para más adelante, tomar decisiones sobre el roadmap y el detalle de nuevas funcionalidades.En tu día a día, tendrás la responsabilidad ayudar a la ejecución del Backend. Además, tendrás la posibilidad de seguir creciendo con ellos a nivel técnico, ya que la empresa tiene planificado su crecimiento en 2024. Es un equipo unido, lleno de energía y que aprende diariamente para hacer de su producto cada vez mejor :) Tu primer día En 1 mes En el primer mes, esperan que te hayas familiarizado con el producto. Habrás completado tu onboarding, que incluirá el entendimiento de la actividad diaria de la compañía, así cómo el conocimiento del entorno de trabajo en el que te vas a mover y las herramientas que utilizan actualmente.Desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades del backend.Mantenimiento, corrección de errores y modificaciones del backend.Escribir documentación sobre funcionalidades, diseños técnicos y corrección de errores del Backend.Participación en la toma de decisiones con el equipo sobre el diseño técnico de nuevas funcionalidades.Testing, validación y pruebas de las funcionalidades desarrolladas.En Hoop Carpool les gusta hacer las cosas bien. Su organización del equipo es flexible, pero siguen unas bases comunes que consideran importantes. Valoran el código sostenible, con buena documentación y arquitecturas limpias y desacopladas de la infraestructura.Trabajan con un enfoque Lean Thinking, evitando la sobre ingeniería que dificulte el posterior mantenimiento del sistema. Aunque no exigen una métrica de tests, consideran importante que el "core" de las aplicaciones esté soportado por unos buenos tests
