Comenzarás con una introducción completa sobre la empresa, sus productos y metodologías de trabajo.Conocerás a tu equipo y participarás en reuniones para entender los productos en los que están trabajando. Trabajarás con el resto del equipo, para ayudarte a familiarizarte con sus herramientas de desarrollo, el stack tecnológico y los flujos de trabajo específicos de sus productos.ResponsabilidadesDesarrollo: Construir y mantener sistemas backend escalables y eficientes.Documentación: Implementar y abogar por un enfoque de "documentation first", asegurando que todo el trabajo de desarrollo esté documentado a fondo.Colaboración: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de desarrollo y los equipos de producto para crear soluciones que se alineen con los objetivos comerciales.Buenas prácticas: Abogar por la implementación de buenas prácticas tanto en diseño, como en escalabilidad y arquitectura limpia.DevOps: Es altamente valorable que te hayas contagiado de esta cultura y práctica de desarrollo de software. Seguro que dominas Docker, has trabajado con herramientas de CI/CD, y has liderado despliegues de forma ágil y fiable.Mentorización: Acompañar a las personas más junior del equipo, fomentando una cultura de intercambio de conocimientos.Como Backend Developer, tu día a día estará lleno de retos emocionantes y oportunidades para innovar.Utilizarás TypeScript y NestJS para construir aplicaciones web robustas y escalables.Despliegan sus aplicaciones en AWS, utilizando CloudFormation para la infraestructura como código y contenedores con Docker. Para la gestión del código fuente y control de versiones emplean GitHub.Tu trabajo no solo consistirá en escribir código, sino en ser parte de un equipo dedicado a transformar el sector financiero con soluciones innovadoras.Requisitos técnicosTypeScript: experiencia sólida en el uso de TS para desarrollar código limpio y estructurado, maximizando la calidad.Nest: habilidad práctica con este framework del lado del servidor.Docker: soltura a la hora de gestionar y administrar contenedores.Testing: implementación de pruebas unitarias, y experiencia en pruebas end-to-end.Git: branches, merges, resolución de conflictos, pull requests y code reviews.Cultura y metodología de trabajo DevOps
