Our inclusive culture is a cornerstone of our success, enabling us to attract and retain top talent globally.We are not just about conducting clinical trials; we are about building acommunity where every team member has the opportunity to thrive and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in the pharmaceutical industry.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a recruitment professional who will join our global Talent Acquisition team and play an important role in the recruitment of exceptional talent across multiple functions and geographies.You will:Post and maintain advertisements on career websites and other media platformsSource potential candidates via job boards, resume databases, and social mediaScreen resumes and credentials for appropriate skills and experience in relation to position requirementsSchedule and organize interviews across departmentsPerform initial candidate screening, conduct and report on first stage interviews for entry- and mid-level positionsDevelop candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities within PSIMaintain a database of applicants and interview outcomes using the applicant tracking systemCommunicate with hiring managers to understand the position requirements and introduce applicable candidatesQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceTalent sourcing and recruiting experience or at least 2 years of experience in business administration and support servicesFull working proficiency in English (written and spoken)Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry experience is a plusProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience using an Applicant Tracking SystemAdditional InformationIf you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with a true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
