Desde Luxe Talent nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Responsable de Supply Chain & Compras para unirse a una empresa del sector retail en Madrid (Las Rozas).
Responsabilidades clave: Como Responsable de Supply Chain y Compras liderarás la estrategia de adquisiciones y distribución en un entorno Retail con gran volumen de referencias, optimizando los procesos de compra, gestión de proveedores y distribución a tiendas.
Serás responsable de definir clústeres de tiendas para determinar qué productos y cantidades se envían a cada local, analizando la demanda, rotaciones y márgenes, y garantizando niveles de stock adecuados.
Desarrollar estrategias de compras y distribución optimizando el proceso de selección y gestión de inventarios.
Definir y gestionar la distribución de productos a tiendas según demanda, rotación y márgenes.
Identificar, negociar y gestionar relaciones con proveedores, asegurando acuerdos favorables en precio, calidad y tiempos.
Analizar y reportar gastos, ahorros y actividades de compra, utilizando datos para la mejora continua y toma de decisiones informadas.
Requisitos: Experiencia en compras y gestión de equipos en empresas Retail con múltiples referencias y puntos de venta.
Experiencia en gestión de personas.
Titulación Tecnica o de negocios universitaria.
Especialización academica muy valorada.
Inglés avanzado.
Habilidades en negociación, control de stock, rotación de productos y distribución.
Alta capacidad analítica y experiencia en software de gestión de compras.
