Desde Hays Executive estamos en búsqueda de un Business Development Manager para una compañía internacional del sector medical device. La empresa está especializada en el diseño de implantes de reconstrucción craneal y mandibular y busca establecerse en el mercado español. El candidato ideal actuará como un líder para el desarrollo de negocio a nivel nacional, actuando como partner de los profesionales sanitarios.ResponsabilidadesIdentificar oportunidades de negocio : Analizar el mercado y busca áreas de crecimiento potencial. Esto incluye investigar nuevos mercados, segmentos de clientes y productos o servicios que la empresa podría ofrecer.Establecer alianzas estratégicas :Buscar socios comerciales, proveedores o colaboradores que puedan ayudar a la empresa a expandirse.Desarrollar estrategias de expansión : Crear planes para entrar en nuevos mercados o expandir la presencia de la empresa en mercados existentes. Esto implica definir objetivos, estrategias de marketing y tácticas para lograr el crecimiento deseado.Negociar acuerdos comerciales : Negociar contratos, precios y condiciones con clientes, proveedores y socios comerciales. Debe ser hábil en la negociación y tener una comprensión profunda de los aspectos financieros y legales.RequisitosGraduado en Ingeniería, Física, Biología o similar, valorando positivamente una formación de posgrado.Inglés fluido ya que la posición reportará a nivel internacionalMás de 5 años de experiencia desarrollando negocio en el sector hospitalario y de clínica privada, con contactos en el sector de la neurocirujía y salas de operaciones.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.Capacidad de gestión de proyectos simultánea, organización y priorización.#J-18808-Ljbffr
