You will actively contribute to leading the business towards continued growth and organisational development. If you like a growth opportunity in a dynamic environment and look forward to challenging yourself, keep reading...Your mission within KantoxAssist in daily Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, data maintenance, and security management.Support the Salesforce team in configuring and maintaining advanced flows, validation rules, email templates and other process automation.Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and provide Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.Assist in data migration, report generation, and dashboard creation.Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce issues for end users.Participate in Salesforce projects, contributing to enhancements and system optimization.Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.Who you areSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is preferred.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities (standard objects, data model, user management,Salesforce security etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and improve.Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning (nice to have but not required).Our cultureAn environment of innovation, accountability, and constructive feedbackA diverse and multicultural team of over 40 different nationalitiesGrow your role and build your career with our learning and development opportunities.A collaborative and inclusive culture of sharing and teamwork.
