Desde IMAN Professional, Consultoría de Selección de puestos medios y directivos/as, perteneciente a Empresas IMAN, buscamos incorporar a la plantilla de una empresa multinacional del sector de la restauración con sede en Madrid, un/a Construction Project Manager (Arquitecto/a) para trabajar en el Departamento de Construcción.
Para el Rol de Construction Project Manager (Arquitecto/a): Serás el responsable del diseño, redacción, planificación y ejecución de los proyectos, tanto de nueva apertura como de reforma en los aeropuertos y estaciones de tren donde existen las unidades de negocios.
Dirigirás, gestionarás y coordinarás desde la fase de diseño hasta la fase de ejecución, garantizando la apertura en tiempo, coste y calidad.
Responsabilidades: Planificación del proyecto Control del presupuesto Supervisión del proyecto Gestión documental necesaria Coordinación y gestión de los distintos proveedores participantes en el proyecto Requisitos: Estudios universitarios de arquitectura Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio nacional 3 a 5 años de experiencia en funciones similares Nivel de inglés mínimo de B2 Valorable Máster Esta posición te aportará: Contrato indefinido y directo con la empresa cliente.
Salario acorde a las funciones indicadas.
Horario flexible: Entrada de 8 a 10 horas con salida de 17 a 19 horas de lunes a jueves y viernes intensivos (todo el año) de 9 a 14.
Modelo de trabajo híbrido: Teletrabajo 3 días a la semana.
Tarjeta comida de 11 € por día de trabajo en jornada partida.
