As our Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Free base employee only medical insurance401K Retirement plans with a 4% match for all colleaguesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the worldAbility to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activitiesFun, elegant atmosphere with amazing colleaguesKey Responsibilities:Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotelEfficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining accuracy and attention to detailAssist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractionsQualificationsQualifications:Must hold valid authorization to work in the USAPrevious experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role is preferredKnowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required)Physical requirements include:This job requires constant standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
