Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de un IT Recruiter para incorporarse de forma temporal en uno de nuestros partners (un conocido unicornio) Tu misión será contribuir al crecimiento y éxito de los procesos de selección internos del cliente.
Principalmente selección en ventas y marketing (tanto en español como en inglés) para distintos mercados: Alemán, francés, italiano, belga...etc desde sus oficinas en Barcelona.
Rol Te incorporarás dentro de nuestro partner como uno mas del equipo a través de un RPO con una duración de unos 6 meses con posibilidad de renovación.
Colaborarás con los hiring managers de equipo para entender sus necesidades de talento cubrir sus necesidades de selección.
Gestionarás las fases y procesos de seleccion encomendados.
Búsqueda nacionales e internacionales de todo tipo de perfiles IT y de producto.
Gestionarás el ciclo completo de reclutamiento, desde la identificación de candidatos potenciales hasta la negociación de ofertas.
Que necesitamos Experiencia previa de al menos 2-3 años en seleccion de perfiles mencionadas en Europa.
Acostumbrad@ a trabajar con altos volúmenes de trabajo.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación, serás uno más en el equipo de nuestro partner y tus stakeholders serán de distintos países.
Experiencia previa en entorno start-up o similar.
Ambiente rápido y dinámico.

Vocación de servicio.
Nivel alto de inglés.
Tu día a día será en inglés y español ya que los equipos son internacionales.
Tienes disponibilidad para trabajar 3 días por semana (resto remoto) en casa del cliente (Oficinas en Barcelona) Disponibilidad incorporación: inmediata es un plus We offer: Proyecto inicial de 3M+renovacion 3M con posibilidad de incorporación en cliente o en merlin.
