We are currently expanding to develop our innovative model and are looking to recruit new Consultants to build relationships with our candidates and clients.Our expectations of you are to build relationships. You will be focusing on building and nurturing great client and candidate relationships, to provide excellent talent selection and assessment. We expect you to be at the top of your game, driven, focused, with a strong commercial acumen in mind, paying attention to details that make a difference and ensuring quality in everything you do.In this role, you will: Work with active positions internationally with key large corporationsHave full use of great Recruitment Technologies to be more efficientBe working in a tech start-up environmentBe in a fun and positive only environmentContribute to building new markets, helping make Talented a great international companyNot have to compete with your colleagues. For the rest: 3-4 years' experience in recruitment for mid to top-level positions. You will have strong experience in recruiting for roles in areas like Sales, Finance, Engineering, or Pharma. You will have some experience working in a recruitment agency, understand delivery service pressure.
