Buscamos un Business Development Manager para desarrollar las ventas y la presencia de una empresa de ingeniería y contratista general en el ámbito industrial. Participará e iniciará acciones comerciales bajo la supervisión del Director Comercial.   PRINCIPALES TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES El Business Development Manager participará en el desarrollo de una estrategia empresarial y será responsable de las siguientes tareas: ?    Identificar los retos y problemas relacionados con los proyectos ?    Identificar clientes potenciales con vistas a crear nuevas relaciones comerciales ?    Dirigir y/o responder a consultas y ofertas de acuerdo con la política de la empresa ?    Comprender las necesidades del cliente y elaborar propuestas en consecuencia ?    Presentar y defender la propuesta hasta la adjudicación del contrato ?    Coordinar el desarrollo de relaciones sólidas con los clientes ?    Mantener un seguimiento durante la ejecución del proyecto y, siempre que sea necesario, participar en la resolución de problemas   REQUISITOS y EXPERIENCIA ?    Máster en Ingeniería ?    Conocimiento de las operaciones de unidades industriales utilizadas habitualmente en el ámbito agroindustrial ?    Experiencia en gastos de capital y ejecución de proyectos ?    Se valorará positivamente Conocimientos de contratación ?    Orientación al cliente, transformar los problemas del cliente en oportunidades para la empresa ?    Capacidad de negociar y de perseverar ?    Comprensión de la demanda e identificación de las necesidades del cliente ?    Al menos de 10 años de experiencia en ingeniería o industria   IDIOMAS ?    Inglés ?    Francés ?    Otros idiomas deseable   Posibilidad de aplicar las ventajas fiscales del 7p
