Join our team to make an impact and help reshape the digital landscape for eye care professionals worldwide.Position Summary:The Senior Social Media Specialist will oversee EyeCarePros social media strategies, focusing on both paid and organic content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
This role is essential in building our brand voice, fostering community engagement, and driving conversions and lead generation through targeted social media campaigns.
Using data-driven insights, the specialist will continuously refine strategies to align with business objectives and maximize ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy Development:Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals, blending paid and organic tactics.Ensure alignment with EyeCarePro's brand identity and target audience across multiple platforms.Paid Social Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize cost-effective paid social campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance conversions.Manage budgets effectively to maximize campaign impact and conduct audience research to tailor content.Content Creation and Curation:Oversee the creation, scheduling, and posting of high-quality content, including images, videos, GIFs, infographics, and written posts.Ensure a consistent brand voice and tailor content for platform-specific engagement.Campaign Management:Lead social media campaigns from conception through execution, including influencer partnerships and organic engagement strategies.Develop and execute integrated campaigns that enhance reach, engagement, and conversions across both paid and organic channels.Community Management and Engagement:Foster an active and engaged online community by responding to comments, handling customer inquiries, and encouraging positive conversations.Integrate paid and organic community engagement efforts to maximize brand reach and positive sentiment.Social Media Analytics and Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize both paid and organic strategies.Ensure data-driven continuous improvement to enhance performance and engagement.Trend Monitoring and Innovation:Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.Experiment with new features, content formats, and engagement tactics to keep EyeCarePros social presence fresh and relevant.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, content, design, and product teams to ensure social media initiatives support broader marketing strategies.Share performance insights and provide actionable recommendations.Brand Advocacy and Reputation Management:Monitor brand mentions and industry trends, managing the online reputation proactively.Engage with user-generated content and foster positive brand interactions.Budget and Resource Management:Efficiently manage the social media budget, including paid campaigns and influencer partnerships, to ensure high ROI.Key Skills and QualificationsSocial Media Strategy Expertise:Demonstrated experience in creating multi-platform social media strategies that enhance brand engagement and conversions.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).Content Creation and Curation:Skilled in diverse content formats, including visual and written media.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere) is a plus.Paid Social Media Management:Experience managing paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
), including budget management, audience targeting, and A/B testing.Audience Targeting and Segmentation:Knowledgeable in audience insights, retargeting, and segmentation to drive engagement and conversions.Social Media Analytics:Proficient in analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights) to track and optimize social media performance.Trend and Innovation Awareness:Ability to stay ahead of social media trends, leveraging new tools and formats for continuous innovation.Soft SkillsCommunication and Collaboration:Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively articulating strategies and insights across teams.Creative Problem-Solving:Innovative approach to content creation and community engagement, even when facing resource limitations.Community Engagement:Proficient in building and managing online communities, handling interactions with professionalism and fostering positive brand relationships.Project Management:Ability to manage multiple campaigns and content schedules concurrently, ensuring timely execution.Adaptability and Flexibility:Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to adjust strategies as social media trends and business needs evolve.Experience5-7 Years of Social Media Experience:Proven track record of managing multi-platform social media strategies for brands, with a focus on both organic and paid social media.Data-Driven Social Media Management:Experience in using data insights to shape strategies and adjust in real-time for optimization.Global or Large-Scale Campaigns:Preferable experience managing large-scale or global campaigns with adaptable content for diverse audiences.Paid Social Expertise:3-5 years of managing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, focused on driving conversions and growth.Join Us:If youre passionate about leveraging social media to tell powerful brand stories and drive impactful business outcomes, wed love to hear from you.
