Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage paid media campaigns across PPC platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn) to drive traffic and conversions. Analyze key metrics (website traffic, ad performance) to optimize digital strategy for better ROI. Coordinate with the SEO and Content Marketing Specialists to align digital campaigns with best practices for improved organic visibility. Work with the Social Media Specialist to manage ad campaigns and tailor content to target audiences. Automate and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotions. Explore new growth channels and technologies to accelerate business growth. Required Qualifications: Proven track record in managing successful PPC and social media campaigns. Skilled in interpreting marketing data to drive informed, strategic decisions. Hands-on expertise with marketing tools like Googe Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEMrush. Strong communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, audience-specific content. Experienced with email marketing platforms and automation tools. Strong project management and organizational skills, committed to meeting timelines. Effective at engaging with peers and external teams in discussions and projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with growth marketing and testing new channels and strategies.
