As the Security & Privacy Project Manager for the Product Security and Privacy Operations (PSPO) function, you will be a member of the PSPO Team.  The role is crucial in establishing a highly efficient working environment for PSPO in terms of managing projects related to product security and privacy, implementing and maintaining product security plans, undertaking workshop facilitation, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and needs.  You will be a creative problem solver, critical thinker and create collaborative relationships across the organization. Responsabilities: Developing and maintaining a comprehensive product security and privacy program, driving the corresponding project plans. Developing and maintaining trusted relationships both with internal collaborating functions and other major stakeholders, majorly focusing on building collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify product security and privacy needs and risks and define proper strategies and projects to address them, ensuring project priorities and decisions are consistent with business strategic plans. Coordinate teams and meetings, plan for short- and long-term projects, develop and maintain schedules, implement project plans, and provide progress reports. Ensure project teams achieve objectives, coordinate collaborations with partners, facilitate communications, and develop, drive and maintain schedules for internal project deliverables. Drive internal communication activities to tell the story of security and privacy across the organization and communicate the project updates, including metrics and up-to-date industry stats. Providing guidance and developing training to product teams and stakeholders on security and privacy best practices and awareness. Who you are: Minimum of 5 years experience in project management with project portfolio management techniques (experience in management consulting is a plus) Minimum 3 years experience preferably in the pharmaceutical / medical device environment or equivalent regulated environment (experience in diagnostics is a plus)  Advanced scientific degree preferred Fluency in English Advanced computer and internet skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills, being able to see the bigger picture analyze metrics and provide insights and recommendations Ability to work effectively in a changing, agile, multinational and multiple location environment with flexibility and adaptability to teamwork Nice to have: Experience in security and privacy roles Accreditations like PMP, CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent Location You can be based in Sant Cugat As this position is a global role, international business travel will be required depending upon the business location of the successful candidate and ongoing business project activities.
