Responsabilidades: Como Manager de Operaciones Senior, serás responsable del funcionamiento de las plantas fotovoltaicas, para convertirlas en las mejores de su clase de acuerdo con los objetivos de Operaciones.
Llevarás a cabo las actividades de mantenimiento planificadas acordadas y coordinarás y ejecutarás eficazmente todo el mantenimiento correctivo.
Maximizarás la rentabilidad y la seguridad.
Además, tus responsabilidades y deberes son -sin ser exhaustivos- y sujetos a otros requisitos específicos: Fase de desarrollo (hasta la entrega de la planta a construcción) Asesoramiento sobre la operatividad de los diseños, si lo solicitan los equipos de Ingeniería y Desarrollo Definición del alcance de OM, también para la licitación.
Proporcionar hipótesis sobre los costes de OM para el proceso sobre la Decisión Final de Inversión (FID) Apoyar en la negociación de contratos de OM y otros contratos principales para la fase operativa o para crear un equipo interno de OM.
Identificar y evaluar los riesgos operativos.
Resolver y mitigar los posibles riesgos operativos que se te asignen en la fase de desarrollo.
Aportar información al contrato EPC con el apoyo del departamento de IT sobre las especificaciones del sistema SCADA/Monitorización.
Fase de construcción (desde la entrega del desarrollo a construcción hasta la entrega de la construcción a su explotación): Realizarás la estrategia de OM para garantizar una toma de posesión sin problemas del activo por parte del Manager de Construcción en el momento de la Aceptación Provisional.
Implementarás todas las actividades pertinentes que sean necesarias para gestionar los Activos en funcionamiento.
Fase de Operaciones (tras la Entrega de la Construcción a las Operaciones): Poner en práctica la estrategia de Operaciones y Mantenimiento (OM).
Gestionar las actividades de OM con proveedores de servicios externos y comprobar su trabajo para garantizar que se ajusta a las especificaciones y la calidad del contrato.
En caso de un enfoque de OM autoejecutable, gestionar un equipo de técnicos de OM, actividades, formación, etc.
Serás responsable de las actividades de calidad, p. ej.
diligencia debida, análisis de fin de contrato, inspecciones no estándar y asesoramiento sobre cuestiones técnicas complejas.
Optimizarás (tanto técnica como comercialmente) los activos solares fotovoltaicos de tu área de responsabilidad y estandarizarás y digitalizarás las prácticas y sistemas de trabajo.
Contribuir al ciclo de mejora continua con el fin de impulsar la innovación para mantener la competitividad de los activos existentes.
Cumplirás las normas de HSE de RWE Renewables en coordinación con el equipo de HSE.
Deberás alinearte con el Manager de Construcción para garantizar la finalización de las obras enumeradas en la lista de tareas pendientes.
Garantizarás que los activos cumplen todos los códigos y requisitos nacionales y locales.
Garantizarás que los activos cumplen las obligaciones de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.
Garantizarás que se mantienen los niveles adecuados de comunicación con todas las partes interesadas internas y externas.
Requisitos: Máster en ingeniería, idealmente ingeniería eléctrica, y al menos 5 años de experiencia laboral relevante en el área de operaciones de activos renovables, idealmente activos fotovoltaicos solares.
Sólidos conocimientos sobre sistemas de generación de energía, así como profundos conocimientos técnicos sobre activos fotovoltaicos solares o sistemas eléctricos (por ejemplo, subestaciones, transformadores, inversores).
Muy buena capacidad analítica, junto con el impulso necesario para mejorar continuamente el funcionamiento de los activos.
Excelentes capacidades de trabajo en equipo con muy buenas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
Dominio (hablado y escrito) del español y del inglés; se valorarán otros idiomas, especialmente el portugués.
Disponibilidad para viajar con regularidad.
Profesional automotivado e independiente, con gran aptitud técnica y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

Our OM PV Department within RWE Renewables on the Iberian Peninsula is looking for a Senior Operations Manager responsible for managing operation of our Solar PV assets in Spain Portugal to contribute to shape tomorrow's European green energy landscape.
Responsibilities: As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for operating the Solar PV plants, to become best in class according to Operations targets.
Fulfill agreed planned maintenance activities and efficient coordination and delivery of all corrective maintenance.
Maximize the profitability and safety.
Additionally, your responsibilities and duties are - without being exhaustive- and subject to other specific requirements: Development Phase (up to Handover Development to Construction) Advice on operability of designs, if requested by Engineering Development teams.
Define the scope of OM either for the tendering.
Provide OM cost assumptions for the Final Investment Decision process.
Support in the negotiation of OM contracts and other main contracts for the operational phase or for setting up an internal OM team.
Identify and assess operational risks.
Resolve and mitigate potential operational risks assigned to you in the development phase.
Provide input to the EPC contract with support from the IT department regarding the specifications for the SCADA/Monitoring system.
Construction Phase (from Handover Development to Construction until handover Construction to Operations): OM strategy to ensure a smooth takeover of the asset from the Construction Manager at Provisional Acceptance.
Implement all relevant activities which are necessary to manage the Assets in operation.
Operations Phase (after Handover Construction to Operations): Implement the Operations Maintenance (OM) strategy.
Manage OM activities with external service providers and checking their work to ensure all work is within the contract's specifications and quality.
In case of a self-perform OM approach, manage a team of OM technicians, activities, training, etc.
Responsible for quality activities, f. ex.
due diligence, end of contract analysis, non-standard inspections and advice on complex technical issues.
Optimize (technically as well as commercially) the Solar PV assets in your area of responsibility and standardize and digitalize work practices and systems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement cycle in order to drive innovation to keep competitiveness of existing assets.
Comply to RWE Renewables' HSE standards in coordination with the HSE team.
Align with the Construction Manager to ensure the completion of the works listed in the Punch List.
Ensure the assets comply with all national and local codes and requirements.
Ensure the assets comply with Health, Safety and Environmental obligations.
Ensure appropriate levels of communication are maintained with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications: Master's degree in engineering, ideally electrical engineering, and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the area of operations of renewable assets, ideally Solar PV assets.
Solid knowledge about power generation systems as well as deep technical knowledge about Solar PV assets or electrical systems (e.g.
substations, transformers, inverters).
Very good analytical skills coupled with the required drive to continuously improve the operation of the assets.
Excellent team-player with very good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent (written spoken) Spanish and English, other languages, especially Portuguese, a plus.
Willingness to travel on regular basis.
Self-motivated, independent professional with strong technical aptitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
